3. Information We Collect

We collect information in three principal contexts: when you visit our Site, when you interact with us
as a representative of a current or prospective institutional customer, and when our Services process
information at the direction of our institutional customers.

3.1 Information We Collect from Site Visitors

When you visit pyrra.xyz, we automatically collect technical information that your browser or device
transmits to our servers. This includes your internet protocol address, browser type and version,
operating system, referring page, the pages you visit on our Site, the date and time of your visit,
the time spent on each page, and similar usage data. We collect this information through standard web
server logs and through analytics tools described in Section 8.

If you submit a contact form, request a site survey, request a scenario walkthrough, sign up for a
mailing list, or otherwise voluntarily provide information through the Site, we collect the information
you submit. This typically includes your name, employer or institutional affiliation, professional
email address, telephone number, job title, and any additional information you choose to include in a
        free-text field.

3.2 Information We Collect About Institutional Customers and Their Representatives

When an institution becomes a Pyrra customer or evaluates becoming one, we collect information
necessary to administer the relationship. This includes contact details for authorized representatives,
billing and payment information, contract negotiation correspondence, deployment site details,
financial information relevant to financing applications, and operational information needed to
provision and monitor a Pyrra node.

3.3 Information Processed Through Our Services on Behalf of Customers

Our Services process information at the direction and on behalf of our institutional customers. This
may include the content of inference requests submitted to a Pyrra node, the responses generated by
models running on that node, customer data stored on tenant-isolated storage layers, and operational
metadata associated with those requests. Pyrra acts as a data processor or service provider with
respect to this information. Our handling is governed by the contract between Pyrra and the relevant
customer, which may include a Business Associate Agreement under the Health Insurance Portability and
Accountability Act ("HIPAA"), a data processing addendum under applicable data protection law, or
other compliance instruments described in Section 9.

We do not access the substantive content of customer inference requests or responses except as
necessary to provide the Services, to enforce our terms, to comply with law, or as expressly
        authorized by the customer.

When a customer is a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or other regulated financial
entity, Pyrra supports compliance with applicable Securities and Exchange Commission, FINRA, and
state recordkeeping and supervision requirements. Records subject to retention rules under SEC Rule

and Procedures, by a single arbitrator selected in accordance with those rules. The arbitration
will take place in Wilmington, Delaware, or, at your election if you are an individual consumer,
in the county where you reside. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding, and judgment
on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

20.3 Class Action Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you and Pyrra agree that any dispute resolution
proceeding will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or
representative action. The arbitrator may not consolidate the claims of multiple persons and may
not preside over any form of representative or class proceeding.

20.4 Exception for Small Claims and Injunctive Relief

Either party may bring an action in a small claims court of competent jurisdiction for any claim
that qualifies under the rules of that court, and either party may seek injunctive or other
equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property
        rights.

20.5 Thirty-Day Right to Opt Out
